Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes and estimates provided by Gulf Coast are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Any changes in the scope of work may result in a revised quote.
- Acceptance of a quote must be communicated in writing or via email.
Payments
- Payment terms will be outlined in the contract provided at the time of service agreement.
- A deposit may be required before the commencement of work, with the balance due upon completion.
- Gulf Coast accepts various payment methods, which will be detailed in the invoice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Gulf Coast reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or emergencies.
Workmanship and Materials
- Gulf Coast guarantees the quality of workmanship and materials used in our services.
- Any defects in workmanship or materials will be addressed in accordance with the warranty terms provided at the time of service agreement.
- The client is responsible for providing access to the worksite and ensuring that the area is clear of obstructions.
Liability
- Gulf Coast is fully insured and adheres to all safety standards and regulations.
- We are not liable for any damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or pre-existing conditions of the worksite.
- The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits or approvals for the work to be performed.

- Gulf Coast respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
- We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
